If you are not 100% satisfied with the final product, we offer a full money-back guarantee under the following terms:

1. Refund Request: To qualify for a refund, you must submit a request within 30 days of receiving the final product. Please provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction so that we can improve in the future.

2. Revisions: Before issuing a refund, we will offer up to 2 revisions to address your concerns. If after these revisions you are still not satisfied, a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process: Upon approval of your refund request, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions: Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The product was delivered and approved by you.
- The dissatisfaction is based on factors not related to the scope of work or agreed-upon specifications.
